I've spent 20 years helping large organizations make sense of emerging technology—first as Head of Strategy at BT, then as VP of Social Media at BBC, and as Strategic Advisor to the Royal Foundation.
In 2019, I founded GetInference because I kept seeing the same problem: companies excited about AI but wasting months and millions on the wrong approaches.
Since then, I've trained over 1,000 professionals, led AI curriculum for the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and won the Jersey AI Forum Hackathon for "Most AI Impact" in November 2025.
